The purchase escrow was a FSBO, and without agents, you all know much more falls on the Escrow Officer and Lender. And on the refi, my borrower is a Firefighter who got called out last minute to go to California and help with their fires. Danielle and her team accommodated a signing appointment with very, very little notice, loan docs last minute, and got it done. Outstanding effort!
