I have been in the industry since 1990. In 2002, I started my own unit with the goal of providing great service to my customers and their clients. I always strive to be a reliable and consistent resource as well as exceed the expectations of both our new and loyal clients. In 2007, I received the Senior Certified Escrow Officer designation from the California Escrow Association. This profession designation requires a level of experience and study that enables me to assist you with even the toughest transactions.
I am active in the Fresno Association of Realtors and a past President of the Central Valley Escrow Association. I recently moved to the Clovis Branch and look forward to serving my clients from this new location!

Oh my goodness. We had a lender who just delayed everyway they could. It put another transaction at risk. Loveneet, called me at 7:30 PM to let me know that my buyer had signed and that she got the documents to my lender, so they could get everything prepared so they could fund first thing in the morning. When the rest of the industry goes home at 5:01 PM, Loveneet is there...and she is always there.
