She is known for her attention to detail, reliability and professionalism.

Melanie was essential to the professional and efficient execution of the title process during the recent sale of a condo for which I am executor. This was a complicated transaction because the estate being sold was in probate which required specific documents from the county and my lawyers to make sure that I, as executor, could legally sell the property. She consistently coordinated well with both my realtor and my lawyers, making sure that I had all the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. At the end, she even arranged for a notary to come to my house (which is located in a rural area) to finish signing the papers because I couldn't drive to her office for health reasons. Through it all she was always cheerful with a 'can do' attitude--which I deeply appreciated!
