Starr’s escrow career started in 1993, at a title company in San Jose. Starr joined the FNF Family of Companies in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President and County Manager for Fidelity National Title, overseeing their operation in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Having a passion for Escrow, Starr appreciates our constantly evolving industry and technology advancements. Starr’s primary goal is to serve her team and their clients through education, leadership, and support. She believes that forward thinking and elevated customer service is what sets us apart.
