I was familiar with 1031 exchanges before this event but I was pleasantly surprised to learn a great deal more from Greg! He presented very clearly and explained various scenarios and options available for these types of exchanges. I would highly recommend attending his 1031 exchange presentation for anyone who works in or closely related to the real estate industry.

We had a great 1031 presentation with Greg. I always come away with having more information at my disposal as Greg represents the history, process and new changes that my clients appreciate knowing when choosing to complete a 1031. We have utilized IPX1031 for many exchanges and have never had a failed exchange with Greg at the helm. He takes care to explain fully to our clients the process and responsibilities involved in 1031's. No better person to use in the whole State of Ohio in my opinion.
