This was an excellent class to take! New investor and just bought my first 2 family home to househack and this seminar filled me in on what could happen if I decide to sell down the road and keep as much money in my pocket as possible.

I was familiar with 1031 exchanges before this event but I was pleasantly surprised to learn a great deal more from Greg! He presented very clearly and explained various scenarios and options available for these types of exchanges.
