Patty was exceptional. She knew to professionally hold off questions. She kept everyone engaged with common sense examples that were easy to follow ( loved the round numbers, haha). During a time crunch on a 1031 Exchange, Patty suggested that I pivot to a Reverse 1031 Exchange.
