John and I presented at the New Jersey State Bar Association 2020 Real Estate Conference today. John did an excellent job presenting 1031 exchanges and, in particular, the extension of 1031 timeframes due to the current pandemic.

I am the Chair of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute (PLYI). PLTI was fortunate to have John deliver an educational seminar on October 10th on the intersection of 1031 Exchanges and Title Insurance. John delivered! The audience could see that John really knew his stuff. They gave John the highest rating on their evaluation forms. I hope that John will be able to present for PLTI in the future.

John is phenomenal.
He did a presentation on 1031 exchanges to my group of 160 real estate investors, that was both informative and relatable. He made a very complicated topic easy to understand. He answered a variety of audience questions, in a way that was informative without being needlessly complicated. John is a rare combination. He is an expert who can communicate in plain language. I would gladly have John back to speak to my group in the future.
Sincerely

John presented on 1031 exchanges to our group of over 180 real estate professionals at the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). He did a great job presenting the complexities of a 1031 exchange. He contributed to an engaging and well thought out discussion. There would have been more questions if we had more time. I overheard several REIA members complimenting John on his presentation. One of the members told me they are currently working on 2 1031 Exchanges. We would welcome him back.
John presented on 1031 exchanges to my firm today in the Sewickley Office, PA. John did an excellent job presenting the complexities of a 1031 exchange when a client sells real estate. His discussion was extremely informative.

Honestly knew very little about the 1031 exchange process prior to today in Sewickley. John was clear and concise and made the 30 minute commute each way a positive experience for myself and soon to be my clients. I believe our entire firm would benefit by having John speak to the group and get involved with our vast network of investor clients.

John recently provided an excellent presentation on 1031 exchanges to my law firm's Real Estate Practice Group in Pittsburgh, PA. John's comprehensive presentation simplified the complexities of a 1031 LKE exchanges when a client sells real estate. The presentation was followed by an in depth discussion and question and answer that provided additional insight for the group.
John and I tag-teamed a presentation comparing 1031 exchanges to the Qualified Opportunity Zone program at the Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) meeting in Flushing, New York. John did well presenting the key advantages 1031 exchanges have over Opportunity Zone investments when a client sells real estate. Our rapport contributed to a productive back-and-forth that educated the audience and sparked significant interest in services from both our firms.
