Her involvement spans the legal, financial, brokerage, tax and real estate industries. Patty is a member of various associations, including CREW-Boston (Women in Commercial Real Estate) and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). She is an accredited educational speaker, frequently lecturing on §1031 & has authored a number of articles, for publications including New England RE Journal and The Real Reporter.

I worked with Patty for a 1031 exchange in June of 2020. The situation was complicated by me having to extract myself from an LLC partnership as the other partners did not want to roll their gains into a 1031 property. I had a long term property that I was selling and was faced with a potential "ugly" capital gains bill. I was referred to Patricia at the IPX1031 exchange 3 weeks prior to the sale....
