Great class. Obviously know what you’re doing and talking about. Only thing I can recommend is that there were a lot of times where you plowed through content and there didn’t seem like there was an opportunity to ask a question. But I didn’t mind writing mine down and asking later.
Whitney is great but this class is still over my head. In 23yrs (starting my 24th in April) I have had 1 agent ask about my listing, for a 1031 exchange. Never worked as my listing was not accepted.
I think I was hoping to spend more time on how, I can use this in my real estate business. With more sellers hitting the market w so much equity, I need to know if this or how to approach sellers. In 3hrs I learned to just call Whitney lol. Which I will.
