Luke is obviously a subject matter expert on 1031 Exchanges and is able to communicate that easily into "regular-people" language. The knowledge i gained in this block of instruction will be very useful to me going forward. I have had several clients in the past mention 1031's and I feel like I at least have enough of a basic understanding of them to discuss it intelligently with them and get them pointed in the right direction.
