Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

About a decade ago Jerrie was our realtor when we were buying our condo.
It was a very difficult and lengthy sale that nearly took a year to complete due to it being a bank-owned property and an incompetent mortgage company.
Jerrie stuck with us through every day of it.
She treated us as if we were her only customer.
When we finally owned the place, we never forgot how well she did her job.
Now about 10 years later, she managed to close our deal way more quickly than we could have imagined.
But her customer service and attention to detail shined through again!
Of course I will recommend her!

Recently I retired and moved back to the county from Virginia. I contacted Courtney and Dan Castle from NextHome Discovery, due to their contact info was on Zillow where I was browsing the housing market before I moved back to Maine. I was skeptical about utilizing a realtor from Presque Isle to search for a new home in the Houlton area, but my concerns turned out to be totally unfounded. Courtney and Dan were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and loo ok Ed out for my best interests from the start. Not only did I end up buying the home that was perfect for me, it was in a perfect location. Throughout the whole process, they were helpful and communicated with myself, and other realtors very effectively with MY best interests in mind. They also have a great network for assisting with financing, and any needed repairs to support selling or improving after buying. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Courtney and Dan. I would recommend they services to anyone buying or selling property in Aroostook county.

From start to finish Shane made the home buying process absolutely seamless. As first time home buyers we were hesitant to jump in with both feet but after our first phone call with Shane we knew that we had nothing to fear.
