My wife and I had been looking to buy land to hunt, and start our hobby farm on for about 3 years. After dealing with our first relator for the first year and a half, and battling communication and lack of help in trying to find the right property, we knew it was time to find someone who would work closer with us in the process. We were told about Jordan Ploman by a friend of ours. We reached out to him and he was very nice, and you could tell he is very dedicated to helping his clients find what they are looking for. For about a year and a half we worked with Jordan. He set up a collaboration center and sent us properties that met the criteria we were looking for. He was always there when I had a question or was trying to get a showing of a property. We finally found the property that we were looking for, but had to battle dealing with a listing agent who was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Jordan worked around the clock writing offers and trying to communicate with the agent who would only communicate through text message. We where finally able to close on the property, and my wife and I can’t be more pleased. Jordan is a very stand up guy, and we are so grateful to have found him. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Completely satisfied with every aspect of working together with Brian. I had several recommendations from people I trusted who suggested I contact him to sell residential building lots that up to this time I was unable to sell for a number of years. In our first meeting several weeks ago I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty in options necessary to sell the 6 building sites that were for sale. That same morning we went and walked through the sites that I wanted to sell. I accepted and followed through with the action steps he recommended to improve the opportunity to sell the lots. In short, within 4 days after being put on the market, I accepted offers from 3 different buyers on all 6 lots. Within the next 2 weeks we closed on each offer without any issues or problems. My wife Carol and I are very thankful and couldn't be happier with the service and expertise Bryan demonstrated in helping us with the sale of these properties!

I would recommend Travis Ploman. I do no write a lot of recommendations but I felt like I should because of the great service Travis provided. He was very responsive with both text messages and email. I ask a lot of questions. He was able to explain all the details I needed. He set the closing up so that it was close to me, which made everything less stressful. He met me at the property on short notice and moved things along fast. Overall, great experience and would work with him again in a heartbeat.
