Ed is an excellent real estate agent and person! He went above and beyond, and was very patient with us, in order to find our family's dream home. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and about properties and walked us through the pros and cons of each property and location. There is no one more knowledgeable or experienced in the Northern Virginia real estate market than Forrest. He was my first and only Choice to sell my house. Forrest met with us months before our projected sale date and helped us get organized and ready to sell. His teams marketing strategy and social media exposure paved the way for a successful listing and contract after only two days on the market. Forrest assisted us through the the contract negotiation process and a successful closing on time, taking the stress out of a stressful process. I met Ed from a mutual friend of my wife. He was absolutely spectacular!. I don't give gratuitous comments because they ruin the authenticity of well deserved ones. Ed was professional, dliligent, honest, reliable and very well focused. Additionally, Ed helped us manage all of the inspections, outside contractors, insurance appointments, etc. He was A++ and would not hesitate to call on him again. I can't say enough good things about Kat and her associates. Lisa is an awesome agent on all accounts!!! She was very responsive to our needs on our “next home” search. She truly listens to our needs, desires, what we are looking for, and connected the dots on all of those items for the properties that she helped select and present to us. My wife and I truly felt that we were having a collaborative experience with Lisa and the Next Home team. Also, as a resuilt of our home search experience, we made friends with her and her husband which we were not expecting, but it is a true bonus as proceed down our path (given this a bold future move for us and we don’t have a lot of friends and family in the Beaufort area - this is a big deal). Four of those transactions were listings and I don’t think we have a combined total of time on the market of even three weeks! She knows how to help you fully prepare and list your home at the appropriate market price which is crucial to a fast sale.
