Ryann is the IDEAL agent! She's knowledgeable, supportive, prompt in her responses, and shows by her actions that she cares about your hopes and dreams when it comes to finding your new home. My search lasted over a year, and Ryann was enthusiastic and honest the entire the way. I was coming from out of state, and as we explored various neighborhoods, she helped me figure out which parts fit my lifestyle and which might not. We discussed my day-to-day wants and needs as well as my must-haves, nice-to-haves, and dealbreakers. There was one listing that I'd missed recently, and she took the initiative to remind me about it given how many of my boxes it checked off. She was amazing from beginning to end! She cared! She was so sensitive to my needs and the situation that we were going through selling my grandmother’s home. My grandmother was like my mother, my entire life, and this was very hard on me. She never pushed me and she helped me so much. Every time I called or sent her a text message she never once made me feel I was bothering her or she did not have time for me. If you want someone who cares about you not just the bottom line, you need to choose SHARLENE!
