We found out a year and a half ago we had to move and it was very sudden. Andrea jumped right in and helped with everything. She took us around to several places in our area and price range. When we finally decided to put an offer down she was there to mediate the whole thing. It was quick and easy all the things we could ask for especially with our first home. Gina was absolutely wonderful to work with! This was my first home purchase, so needless to say, I was a bit anxious. Gina set my mind at ease with her wealth of knowledge, caring nature, and professionalism. Within an hour of finding my future home listing, Gina scheduled a showing for the next day. She moves quickly! I knew this was the one as soon as I stepped foot in the door. Gina informed me that an open house was scheduled for the following day. She knew I did not want to lose the house, so she recommended we submit an offer with a response deadline before the open house. She structured the offer in my best interest and thankfully, within a few hours, the seller accepted! The rest of the process was smooth, and Gina made sure to explain each step along the way. She was always available if I had any questions, whether by phone or text. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor, especially for my first home purchase. Katie is much more than a realtor, I could say she is a realtor on a personal concierge level. Katie and I attended high school together, lost touch, and reconnected at an event about a year ago. When I learned she was in real estate, we chatted, exchanged information, and set a follow up closer to when I wanted to start looking. From the moment you enter into contract with Katie, her communication and attention to details will exceed your expectations. She takes a personal interest and satisfaction in placing you in your future home. She has a very good sense of the Middle Tennessee area and works hard to find properties that "check the boxes". As a potential buyer or seller you would be hard pressed to find someone that is going to work harder for you!!
