After diligently working and learning the escrow business since 2017, Denise Augienello was recently promoted to Escrow Officer with Ticor Title Nevada. Denise got her start in lending and in 2014, she moved to Las Vegas and started working for a real estate agent. Wanting to expand her skillset, and knowing she loved real estate, she joined the Ticor team. Her dedication to her clients and their closings, and her attention to detail and organizational skills are unmatched in the marketplace.
At Ticor, Denise specializes in new home builds and resale transactions. Her track record of assisting in opening orders, inputting closing statement information, and preparing documents for closing/disbursing has prepared her to take on her new role of Escrow Officer. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with her clients which is why she prides herself on always being courteous and kind. Clients in return say Denise is reliable, honest, and hard working.
Denise grew up in New Jersey and moved to New York when she got married. She has two children (Girls…. ages 20 and 18). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, the beach, and a nice bottle of wine.
