Terri was so helpful, flexible, and resourceful helping me quickly sell a mixed-use (commercial/residential) property from out of state. She does what it takes- walking through deep snow to access the unoccupied property, proactively providing information and answering numerous questions. She is very fair, professional, friendly, works hard and is super responsive. She was indispensable in a difficult situation, chasing down information, coordinating with our estate attorney, and the title company. We’ll be working together again on an additional sale. If I could give Diane more than 5 stars I would!! My husband and I were so overwhelmed about buying our first home and all of the things that come with it and Diane went above and beyond to not only find us the PERFECT house for our family, but to guide us on every next step, even little things that weren’t necessarily “apart of her job” like helping us decide on a loan servicer, or when we had moments where we felt left in the dark in terms of where we were with our loan, or with the seller, she was following up with them without us even asking her to! She was always one step ahead and we literally never had to ask any questions because she was so thorough in covering all of the bases. Which was such a relief in a time that could be so stressful. Prior to buying our first home I thought the realtor you picked really didn’t matter, because all they were going to do is show up and walk through listings with you(and maybe that’s all that some do) - but boy, was I wrong! I truly cannot imagine what this process would have been like without Diane’s incredible communication, extremely timely manner in taking action, attention to detail, constant efforts, and just overall uplifting spirit! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her or recommend her enough. We are so thankful she was our realtor and will be recommending her to everyone we know!

Janie was awesome!! Had the answer to every question I had and made my home selling experience as simple as possible. From recommending what fixes to make to the property and helping to determine what a good asking price to start with to get the most interest for the property. With the ever changing market, i was always asking questions and Janie was always calm and would find me the answers quickly. We had multiple offers on the property within 4 days of going on market at asking price!! Could not have asked for a better outcome.
