I can not say enough about Dawn. She was our 3rd realtor and came to us recommend by a friend. My husband and I were in desperate need to sell because he got a promotion at work that took him out of state. We were defeated and stressed because the other 2 realtors felt our house was almost impossible to sell and didn't want to put in the time and effort. We knew this sale would be a challenge because our house is a year old and our community is still being built. In comes my heroine...Dawn!! She was no nonsense and got right down to business. She didn't lie or sugar coat anything but was 100% optimistic she could get the house sold!! From day one, Dawn hit the ground running. I believe we were under contract in less than a month!! She never once got upset with me with my dumb questions or my stress texts to her!! In a market where realtors are a dime a dozen, Dawn has stood out above the rest!!! Kendel did an excellent job helping us purchase our final/forever home. We told her what we were looking for and what our price point was and we were successful! She was very meticulous at reviewing the sales contract and all HOA, mortgage and title documentation so that we did not pay for anything we weren’t supposed to.

My husband and I contacted Christine in late May of 2025 about our condo search in the Venice area and by early September we were in our new place. Christine is originally from our hometown in Connecticut and we were able to have our first meeting with her in Connecticut while she was up north. She listened to the details of what we wanted in a second home in Florida and set us up on a website where she selected properties she thought could work for us. We traveled to Florida in July, met Christine’s partner, Dana Musco, and spent two full days looking at condos with them. We did make an offer on one which, unfortunately, fell through. By then we had to return to Connecticut. The day after we were home, Christine and Dana went to look at a unit in the same complex they thought we might like and did a FaceTime walkthrough with us, showing us all the details of this unit. We made an offer which was accepted. They recommended a home inspector, navigated any repairs we wanted made, and worked easily with the sellers’ agent. Both Christine and Dana also did the final walkthrough via FaceTime and we closed at the beginning of September. Throughout this entire process, Christine and Dana were always available to answer any questions we had and give us the guidance we needed. Having never gone through the process of buying real estate in another state, we had lots of questions. The communication we had with Christine and Dana was outstanding. If we texted or emailed them, their response was almost always immediate. And we had fun! We highly recommend Christine and Dana and would definitely work with them again.
