Dana did a wonderful job selling our home! She is professional, friendly, and very attentive. Not to mention works around the clock to get results quickly! Dana knew exactly where to price our home from day one so that we would get some serious interest. She quickly had professional photos taken, flooded social media with the listing details, and set up some open houses, and private showings.
We ended up with multiple showings in a short amount of time from serious buyers. And in a little over a month, and only one slight price drop days beforehand, we had multiple offers in one day. Dana then negotiated a cash deal just under our asking price to successfully close the deal. A price which, by the way, ended up being exactly in the high range that she told us it would sell. Wow!
She then simultaneously helped us with our search to find the next house, since the buyers of our home wanted a quick close. Dana arranged so many showings, in so many homes...some even on the SAME DAY. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for in the next home, and multiple times, helped me talk out the pros and cons of the houses we were considering.
I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and available realtor. Dana then helped us negotiate on THE home, once we found it. She successfully got us under contract on a brand new build in a fabulous amenity-rich golf community, and we are excited for our new journey.

Dana did a great job in every facet of the buying of our new home! She listened to our wants and needs and spent a lot of time showing us many homes with our criteria. She worked tirelessly during all hours of the day/night so we could find our ideal home. I highly recommend Dana for any real estate needs that you may have!
I couldn’t ask for a better realtor, she helped me through everything started out by renting my condo to selling it, She was there for me whenever I had any questions. She walked me through it all being it was my first time seller. She would always keep me updated on what was going on, so I was never left in the dark. Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really listened to us about the type of house we were looking for and brought us many options to choose from. She went above and beyond the "call of duty" when it came down to tracking down information from the Seller/Seller's Agent or working with our Home Inspector. Jennifer and Dawn are two professional realtors that set the bar for the best possible business relationship and professionalism. The two of them were always available and gave fantastic advice that got our house sold in a luke warm market. And the details with closing and various complicated issues were always answered quickly with a very high degree, knowledge and wisdom. They’ve already sold a condo from someone we recommended that they use Dawn and Jennifer. Six stars for these two. You won’t find better.
