Our transaction included a terms sale with seller carry back financing and retention of a life estate. Fortunately there was only one broker involved and I worked closely with Kelly and the sellers attorney to secure a life estate for the sellers. The buyer was accomplishing a tax deferred exchange and that was handled smoothly. The transaction closing was extended several times and included early releases of deposits. All issues were handled in a professional manner and the inexperienced sellers were made to feel comfortable and cared for.

Over the years we have had GREAT experience with Kelly Bell! On a few occasions, we were asked to use a different Title Co. None of these transactions have EVER been as good as when we've used Kelly at Fidelity! She is immediate in her responses and always makes sure things are running smoothly!
