We first met Meredith in late April at a listing in Millinocket. We were immediately drawn to her warm and happy personality. While that was not the right property for us, we decided on the spot to have Meredith as our buyers agent. It was the best decision ever. Once we found the right property, she worked tirelessly on our behalf to get us to closing in early June.

We can't say enough good about Meredith, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Meredith was a real joy to work with purchasing a home. We worked seamlessly with her remotely from California, and were able to get my parents into a single story, half of a duplex with an attached garage. They will be in a community where they won't have to worry about mowing grass, or plowing in the winter. Everything will be taken care of, and they will be safe. We are so grateful and thankful for all of Meredith's help. She FaceTimed us, so that we could tour the house together, with my parents as a family, and she was readily available any time we had a question or sent her a text. Thank you Meredith!

I do not have enough positive things to say about Eric if I could give him 6 stars I would. As a first-time seller and having had moved 2.5 hours away from the home I was selling, I had no idea what to expect and was slightly anxious by the process. Eric was very knowledgeable and expertly walked me through the steps alleviating my concerns. I was really impressed that he had already done his homework, driven by the house, and was prepared with comps and a marketing plan before our initial meeting. He went above and beyond in assisting with preparing the house for sale and guided me on how to receive the best return on investment, even setting up contractors and quotes. Eric was always very responsive to my calls, was very communicative on where we were in the process and notified me of any questions or comments from the buyers as soon as he was made aware. He even would check in on the house to ensure all was well during the selling process since I was not local. Eric has excellent connections within the community, is very down to earth, and has great resources within Next Home. When I have additional real estate transactions in the future, Eric will be my first call.
