Being a first time home buyer in this market is a little bit scary. The housing market is intense, constantly changing, and it can be ridiculously overwhelming. We were referred to Keri through a friend of a friend. We reached out to her and met for an in person consult shortly afterwards. Keri was so friendly and so prepared, giving us a book to walk us through the entire process and some goodies! We weren't quite ready to start looking, but Keri stayed in touch regularly until we officially started our home search a few months later.

Keri toured more homes with us than I can count, and helped us navigate bidding wars, rejected offers, and all the challenges that can come with house hunting. She really got to know us, our needs, and what we truly wanted our home to feel like.

Once we found our home, Keri negotiated a great deal for us and worked extremely hard to ensure that all needed repairs were completed. When an unexpected weather emergency shifted our closing date, Keri made sure we knew all of our options and helped us get to the finish line. Suzanne was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were dealing with the loss of my mother. I was absolutely an emotional wreck and could barely stand to walk through my mom‘s house, let alone talk to Suzanne. During our initial walk-through, I had to step out because it was overwhelming. From the time I first contacted Anica several years ago, she’s been responsive, helpful, and kind. I had a list of things I wanted in a property and things I definitely didn’t want. But within that criteria, there were a lot of possibilities. Anica was very considerate of my uncertainty, and over time guided me in narrowing down my options. She was always quick in revising my search criteria, which I did several times and made sure I received listings even during my long periods of dormancy. Anica was very indulgent when she knew I was only “window shopping”, and was able to arrange viewings in a very professional manner at times that were convenient for me. She’s familiar with many parts of the metro area and was able to provide relevant insight into various neighborhoods and subdivisions. When finally I began searching in earnest based on a specific timeframe, Anica was readily available for viewings, arranging visits to multiple properties on the same day, spending many hours of her weekends accompanying me as I inspected different sites. She was endlessly patient as I contemplated and rejected many candidates. When I decided to make an offer on a place, Anica was ready to act quickly and walked me through all the steps that lay ahead. Not only was she was present for all inspections and made sure I had all the available pertinent documents provided by the seller, she helped me interpret their contents and consequences. Her experience showed when there were pre-purchase issues to address. And even while she was on vacation, she remained available and kept me updated on progress. She made sure the closing was executed properly and efficiently and assured me that she would be on-hand if I needed her assistance in the future. I can’t imagine having a better property-buying experience and would recommend her to anybody needing real estate services.

Keri is a wonderful realtor and human being. When moving from Kansas to Missouri, Keri made sure we were set up for success during a crazy time in the housing market. Nick went above and beyond for my fiancée and me — not only were we first-time home buyers, but we were also shopping from out of town, and Nick proved invaluable. He gave us honest opinions during the process, Facetimed us or sent us videos from showings that we couldn't make it to ourselves, and helped us close on a beautiful home at the end. He was also extremely responsive and was able to quickly handle new listings that popped up, changes to the deal during the closing process, and anything else we had questions about.
