Sheri helped me buy a condo on Lake Norman this summer. She was extremely helpful, and was able to work around my limited schedule, as I came from out of town to look at properties. Michelle was absolutely FABULOUS! I started looking for my forever home in August of 2023. Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. She found several lovely homes to look at based on my criteria. We scoured Catawba and Lincolnton counties hoping to find a home between my adult children's houses. I lived out of state so when I went back to California she kept in touch, including sending updates. My last day in the area in May 2024, MIchelle, took me to the home of my dreams. BUT the story doesn't stop there. Escrow had it's bumps, twists and turns. Still she stood by us answering our many questions, she was always available. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle. She is an awesome real estate professional that I also call friend.

We relocated from North Dakota to Winston-Salem without my knowledge of the area. Shep was amazing. He took time to show us the city and surrounding areas so we could really get a feel for areas we might want to live. He was very knowledgeable of the area and took time to answer all of our questions. When touring homes, he was great. He let us look and form thoughts before pointing out anything he noticed. It felt very relaxed, which was amazing since finding a home and moving cross country is a lot.

Anna was amazing!! She went above and beyond to find our family the perfect home. She took the time to listen to what was important to us in a home and she constantly found homes for us that aligned with our needs. She spent many many hours showing us homes and she was always prepared, informed, and could always answer all of our questions. She was never pushy, she never made us feel like we were an inconvenience and when we asked for input, she gave genuine and helpful insight. She was incredibly professional, personable, and so fun to work with. She felt like family. Many times we had to bring our 6 month daughter with us to showings and she would happily hold her and play with her to allow me and my husband time and space to walk around and discuss the homes. We could not have asked for a better realtor to assist us with our house search in the Lake Norman area.
