She is a horrible agent with a bad attitude. She did a showing for me and my husband, it was a horrible experience. Lot of questions weren’t answered, she kept repeating “ I don’t know” to almost everything we asked . It seemed like she wasn’t interested in selling the house. Customer service values were just out of the window. It made us not want want to get the house because of her attitude.

We knew Sharmin from family and friends for few years, so we asked Sharmin to be our realtor for our new house search journey.
Sharmin is thorough professional and has excellent tips on how to approach the then hot market where buyers were paying almost 20% premium on the listing prices. She made sure we dont get into the bidding war and get too emotional and end up paying way too much. This saved us from getting into bidding wars .
From the Day one she setup a whatsup group and was available to answer our very basic questions we had about open houses and private showing. She was very responsive when we requested for private showing and she made sure she was always accompanying us during each showing .
She made sure she checked everything needed including a thorough walk-thru the house , asking questions to seller agents to get all the questions she had answered to her satisfaction and then explaining to us in layman's words for us to understand ( all those questions would have NEVER crossed our minds )
She also got us connected to few lenders to make sure we get the best rate possible and guided thru the process once we finalized the lender.
Finally we narrowed down on the house we wanted and she diligently worked thru the seller agent and lender to make sure everything was in place before the closing . We were in the middle of our home search when we decided to change our agent. We talked to our friends and one of our friends recommended Hanisha.
From our first call with her, I had this feeling that she is the right one and that was the first best decision we took towards our home search. She invested a lot of time and explained everything to us in detail. She ensured that finding our home is a fun process and not stressful. She was always there to listen to our concerns, always being patient and understanding. Few things which I really liked about her:
- She never suggested/recommended us to over pay for any house. She will do her due diligence and run comps and let us know what her recommended price is as per comp analysis.
- She never pushed us for any home at all. Even in this crazy market she believed and made us believe that we will get a house we will love and in our budget.
- She went through multiple disclosures every week and gave us a summary of the houses we liked. We always relied on her for this and we only looked in depth for the houses we were writing an offer. This helped us to still focus on work while home searching.
It is really important to trust your realtor and we were able to trust her. One day she called us and said she has a dream house for us and we have to say yes to it, we said Yes without even asking which house she is talking about. And that is our new home today and it is truly our dream home.
She is no longer our realtor but our close friend. Thaaank you, without you we wouldn't have been able to fulfill our dream.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She once mentioned to me that she treats her clients like a family...trust me she does :)

She has in dept knowledge, vast experience and skills to make the process for finding your home so smooth and comforting. She invests time and efforts to explain the process in detail and make sure we are enjoying the process of buying home instead of feeling daunted in this crazy market. She made sure we understand our requirements and needs for buying our first home which is really important, and never pushed to unnecessary rush into anything until we are convinced to move forward with putting an offer. Where do I start other than saying, Michael went far beyond what is required of any real estate agent to ensure my family got the Vacation Cabin of our Dream that will create many unforgettable memories and bring to together love ones.
