I wanted to give a stellar recommendation for Linda Donath who help me locate a condominium to purchase. As my agent, I asked a lot of Linda and she came through each and every time. She first began by sending me an email every day with potential purchase options based upon my wants and needs, this gave me a great opportunity to get familiar with the market. Secondly, we went through the normal customer looking at properties exercise, but she went way beyond that. Once we narrowed down my top properties I was interested in, she ran detailed analytical reports which helped me to further understand if I was getting a great value on my purchase. Once I analyzed the reports she headed off any issue that I might come up against or needed to know to close the property. Linda is very thorough, analytical and detailed. I highly recommend Linda to anybody that is looking to make a real estate purchase.

What a wonderful whirlwind experience! Dawn was recommended by our mortgage specialist. After being preapproved I started searching Zillow, I found a home I was interested in looking at and reached out to Dawn. Here the adventure begins! She was able to get a showing for me asap. Once seeing the property I wanted to bring my husband to see it...Dawn made that happen the very next morning! Then it was the offer, the acceptance, the process of owning a dream home began! Dawn was ready with recommendations for home inspectors, home insurance companies, septic inspection, the works! Everything fell into place so easily. With friends visiting, I asked Dawn if I could show them the home and she made that happen... twice!
Through the whole process Dawn stayed in touch, ahead of the game and really made sure all things were handled in a professional manor. It has been 20 years since we have had to use a Realtor to purchase a home and many things have changed in that amount of time. I do not have enough words to express how wonderful Jessica is!!!! She was fabulous! She consistently went out of her way to make things simple and efficient! Diane and my husband had been working together to find us a home in Island Walk. He had very specific homes that we were interested in and Diane sent them all a letter asking if they were thinking about selling their home and that she had someone who was interested in their home. From that letter came at least three homes that we were very interested in. Once we found one that we really loved, we wanted to put in an offer but we knew we had to sell our current house first. Diane said she had a client for our house and she would bring them thru our house that very day. They loved our house and presented us with a good offer and we put in an offer on the larger home that was also accepted.. Without Diane’s expertise the sale would not have happened. She used all her years of experience to help us sell our house quickly (same day as our offer on our new house) so we could buy the larger house that she had found for us. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made us feel totally confident in her real estate skills. We have given her name to our friends who are looking to buy a different house also in Island Walk.
