The seller on this transaction was on the mainland and they coordinated the signing without any hassle and in a timely manner. Darrelle also came to the signing appointment even though it was at a different branch to personally meet the Buyer to sign and explain all the closing documents. My client is elderly and really appreciated Darrelle being there to answer his questions and explain all the documents.
