Victor Ulloa joined The Keyes Company in early 2002 as District Sales Manager for the Homestead Office. Under his leadership, the sales team increased from 20 to 45 sales associates and increased their sales volume by more than double in less than the two years that he was there. In late 2003, Victor was appointed to District Sales Manager of the Sunset Kendall office. This office with over 100 sale associates continued to grow and received numerous awards and recognitions throughout the years and in 2006 received the Keyes Inaugural Flagship Award honoring them for achieving excellence in critical company performance measures including profitability, sales volume, unit performance, listings, and overall leadership.
In 2006, Victor was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County where he received the Honor of being named “Realtor of The Year” in 2009 by the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. He served as President for the association in 2010, and during his Presidency, he played an intricate role in achieving the merger of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. In 2010 he was again named “Realtor of the Year” by the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. Victor continued to serve as Director for the newly formed Miami Association of Realtors Association and also served as a Director for both Florida Realtors and The National Association of Realtors from 2006 until 2015.
Victor has been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years and has been married for over 30 years with one wonderful daughter. He loves being a Realtor and looks forward to continue serving as a leader in The Keyes Company.
