My escrow officer, Daisy Su was the key person before taking this listing to recording this transaction. She found the unrecorded mortgage lien from the original owner when she run the title report. She contacted the mortgage company and kept in touch to process removing the lien from the property. During escrow, it was able to remove from the title. The buyer and the buyer's agent were so happy to hear this great news. The buyer's agent told me that she was pleased to have Daisy for this transaction.
