Kristina has been working in real estate escrow since 2008, starting in Miami, Florida where she primarily worked with developers in Miami-Dade, Broward,
and Palm Beach counties.
Kristina joined the Fidelity National Title family in Portland, Oregon before moving to Oahu in 2015.
Born and raised in Russia and speaking the language makes her an asset to any agent with Russian clients or investors.
In her spare time Kristina enjoys traveling the world in search of great wine and hiking adventures.

Kristina Piasecki and VP Darrelle Glushenko... without their persistence, this transaction would NEVER have closed. In the 11th hour, we had no help from our Seller requested escrow company, so i MADE my client cancel the escrow and open with Fidelity. Land Court petition issues, Solar transfer, and payoff procurement problems... too much to go into, but just saying... The starting escrow officer was angry and confused as to why he couldn't finish the deal and get what was needed, but Fidelity could get it done... Experience didn't matter, as the other officer was a Senior escrow officer. It boils down to willingness to go the extra mile, which Kristina and Darrelle will do. They have the foresight to foresee issues and plan, in advance, for such setbacks. It's the CAN DO attitude we need to see more, and Kristina and Darrelle exemplify this standard of practice. Hats off to you!

Kristina Piasecki has only helped me with 2 transactions so far and I plan to do more transactions with her. She has valuable knowledge when it comes to getting escrow problems solved. I asked her where other realestate agents would get their Building Permits Package from and she was obliged to get me that information. My most challenging task was getting a parking stall changed. After trying to get information from the resident manager and the association for 2 weeks, I was at a dead end. No one would call me or even talk to me when I went to their Association Office. However, after expressing my frustration to Kristina, she suggested that I talk to an attorney to help with making an amendment to the declaration.
