Hunter did a great job! We were in the middle of selling my dad's house to be able to fund the assisted living he had to be in when he passed. There were probate and legal things we had to jump through to get everything back on track for the sale. Even with the issues we had, Hunter was patient and supportive in getting everything ready and we were able to sell the house successfully. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be using him again in the future.

Ross helped us in 2022 when we had hoped to become homeowners but after putting in 1 offer we decided to see if the market would calm down.
