Ross is the man! He helped us buy a home we love and was a strong negotiator and very responsive. He also gave us a great recommendation for a lender. We tried to buy in 2022 with Ross but personally decided to push pause to see if the market would die down. Fast forward to Q4 2024 and we are now home owners. It was a long process finding the right home that worked for us. Jamie was patient and kind with us as we monitored the market for over a year, waiting for that place that felt right. Jamie would check in all the time to see how we were doing and if she could do anything to help. Once we found our future home, she was fantastic in putting that deal into place and moved quickly to get our current home on the market and sold. This is the 3rd home we've purchased and Jamie is easily the best I've worked with. We used Julie as our realtor in the purchase of our home, sale of our home and sale of my mother's home. She was absolutely awesome! She is honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond for her clients. When the seller's agent of the home we purchased took her commission on a legal technicality (not everyone is honest) after Julie attended inspections and did all the work, Julie took it in stride and continued help us. She did a great job selling our home and got us 20k over asking price! When my mom was too ill to prepare her house for sale, Julie spent her own time cleaning her house and making it look beautiful for sale. Another agent would have told me to hire a cleaning service. She sold my mom's house for 6K over asking price. When the appraisal of my mom's house came in at less than the sale price due to an error in the MLS, Julie negotiated with the bank and took less commission to make sure my mom got what she was promised and we closed on time. If you want someone who goes above and beyond and who is knowledgeable and trustworthy hire Julie! Deana and all the staff at Next Home Select are awesome! They truly live by their motto "Humans over Houses!"

I am so thankful to Jamie for helping us sell our home. We listed with a different realtor at first, who we liked but didn't have as much experience. All around great experience with Maureen. Right from the first meeting there was great communication. Any questions I had about the process her and her team had the answers. As a first time home buyer not knowing much about the whole process I felt like I was in good hands. Her availability whenever I was wanting to go look at houses was great. She always tried to work around my schedule. Her knowledge and experience while looking at homes was very helpful.
