Brian was referred to us from our sister in law when we decided we were moving to FL. She told us that he was the best… no pun intended.. and boy was she right! Brian went above and beyond for us, and we spent many long days in the car together looking at houses more than a hundred miles from where ge lives and works on a typical day. After many months of back and forth with offers on the house we had for sale and many offers on other places down here, everything eventually settled into the right, buyer for our place and finding the right house for us. We encountered so many obstacles along the way and Brian was there every step of the way, one being we were on the end of a very long line of contingencies before we could close on ours here. Brian kept up communications with us every week even when there was nothing going on, just to make sure we weren’t loosing our minds. He even got us through the vandalism that occurred on the house we were purchasing the week before close, kept in contact realtors all the way across the country on houses that had to close before we could sell and close. Brian was on top if it all, and we cannot thank him enough! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor to either help sell or buying a home! Thank you Brian!
