Diane and my husband had been working together to find us a home in Island Walk. He had very specific homes that we were interested in and Diane sent them all a letter asking if they were thinking about selling their home and that she had someone who was interested in their home. From that letter came at least three homes that we were very interested in. Once we found one that we really loved, we wanted to put in an offer but we knew we had to sell our current house first. Diane said she had a client for our house and she would bring them thru our house that very day. They loved our house and presented us with a good offer and we put in an offer on the larger home that was also accepted.. Without Diane’s expertise the sale would not have happened. She used all her years of experience to help us sell our house quickly (same day as our offer on our new house) so we could buy the larger house that she had found for us. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made us feel totally confident in her real estate skills. We have given her name to our friends who are looking to buy a different house also in Island Walk. She was great!
