We took about three years to investigate the Venice area for purchasing a home. Kathleen stayed with us the entire time, showing us multiple properties. From our first call to Jessica for a site visit to our last call the day of settlement, our experience was absolutely wonderful. We are from Maryland and last January we were going to purchase a different condo in Venice. We had a bad experience with that realtor and we backed out of the sale.
