Don is a very knowledgeable realtor. I’ve been working with him for years to find the perfect vacation home. Don not only did all of the foot work but went above and beyond as I am out of the state. From the first property to the final purchased property Don was patient and did not push me in any direction he took my lead and met above and beyond any expectations. Just when you think it's not going to happen, Naomi comes through! Because of the Inclement weather North Florida/Georgia experienced, everything was halted for a day. Unfortunately that involved the signing of Closing Papers. Dorene was a tremendous help for our home purchase in Port Charlotte. Moving from CA we did a lot of communication by phone/email. She was able to set up viewing times on a limited schedule, negotiated price and closing fee terms and assisted in the lending process. She also was able to attend walk throughs and provided videos of confirmation for us when we could not attend. We would use Dorene again in a heartbeat. I met Naomi through her husband Eric. A few months back, my wife and I started the idea of buying a home. I mentioned this to Eric and he said, "my wife is a realtor". After a couple of months, we went through the pre-approval process. I texted Naomi and instantly clicked. She was patient and adament it be the right time for us. My wife, 3 kids, Naomi and Eric all met on a Saturday and went to North Port and Venice to look at multiple homes. Ultimately, we bought a new house in Nokomis. Naomi was there EVERY step of the way. She is an amazing realtor and my wife and I are so thankful for the blessing she was to us. In what most people would say is a stressful time, she excelled. She is professional, attentive and an awesome advocat for her clients. What she won't tell you, is her love for her community. Prior to Milton, her and Eric came and helped me put up our hurricane shutters. After that, they went and helped out others as well. I will never use ANYONE other than Naomi.
