Throughout the entire process, Margaret was a rock. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. She was incredibly responsive, whether by call, text, or email, and always took the time to explain every detail thoroughly. As someone who asks a ton of questions, I really appreciated her patience and depth of knowledge.

I wish I could give 7 stars but yelp only permits me to give 5 stars. Sakshi Rajput is an immensely talented and helpful leasing consultant. We were anxious about the whole process but her personality and process of showing us around made us really comfortable. The amazing thing was that she's actually empathetic towards the concerns a tenant has and is not dispensing her duties in a perfunctory, pretentious sort of a way. We had made a list of things that we wanted to check/ be sure of while scouting for the apartment and unfortunately we had forgotten it at home. Now, I don't know whether it was coincidence or her proficiency in understanding the psyche of prospective tenants, she actually proactively covered all! Yes, all of the specific things we had listed.

Juan was thorough and transparent throughout our home buying process. He answered all our phone calls, texts, and e-mails promptly. Kept us informed and up to date on any developments. He was very thorough on going over any documents we needed assistance with. Overall he made us feel comfortable and like family. I highly recommend Juan and his team for your real estate needs.
