Angie Smith helped us buy a tract of land. Angie worked with us through 2 easements, getting signatures from land owner, neighbor of land owner and the local power cooperative. She showed us many many many land parcels. We live in South Carolina which made her tasks even more difficult. She is very communicative through text and email, which made the land buying process go very smoothly, even with the 2 easements as part of the deed transfer. My wife and I highly recommend Angie Smith.

After a long and arduous process trying to sell our home to buy a home due to work commute it is finally finished. This endeavor has been tumultuous in so many aspects. The home that we have purchased had multiple items that needed to be fixed, and the selling agent and sellers made this process absolutely, unnecessarily, even more stressful. In fact, an escrow had to be taken out because several items till needed completing after closing. Don Marr has been absolutely terrific in identification of these issues, constant follow ups with negligent parties and in ensuring that every step needed was monitored to protect us. 2024 update: I recently completed my second transaction with Don Marr - this time as a seller - and couldn't be more pleased with Don, his knowledge of current market conditions, and his superior service.
