As a real-estate investor, it is not easy to always find the right agent. Very often, real estate salespersons are unaware of what investors' objectives because they are more attuned to real estate as it applies to residential needs. This was not the case with Kurt. Having been in the business for 30+ years, Kurt understands and skillfully caters to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. He helped me with my duplex, which was a very challenging deal, and also negotiated several other deals for my family and I, some of which were not clear cut from the outset. Jenny is a very knowledgeable realtor. She helped us with the sale of our home as we transitioned into our next phase of retirement. She communicates effectively and is very proactive. She also comes equipped with a full team of contractors that can handle anything from furniture/carpet removal to professional stagers and photographers. Before the home went on the market, she provided us with comps of what homes in our area were being sold for and gave us realistic expectations of what we should price at. Our home was listed and it was sold in approximately one month. We had multiple offers for more than our asking price. Jenny guided us through the various pros and cons of each offer. She also provided us with daily analytical data concerning website foot traffic. With her help, we closed pretty close to our initial target date and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend her as a realtor whether you're looking to sell or purchase a new home.

If I could give Linda 10 stars I would. To say that Linda was amazing would be an understatement. She was very patient throughout the entire process and in my opinion, she went above and beyond what alot of other realtors would do. She didn't make you feel like it was just business, she truly cared and was very encouraging. I recommended my son and daughter-in -law use her when they are ready to buy their new home. I feel like I gained a new friend and a new family member 😉

Linda is a fantastic agent! From beginning, she was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and VERY patient with our endless questions. The 3 month process started with our initial meeting with Rita. She gave us confidence that we could pull of staging our home searching for a new home and moving. It was a crazy time, but Rita was there with us all the way to give us expert advice and share tips and guide us through all of this. We were lucky to have her by our side. SHe's the voice of reason when things get hectic. Rita helped us sell our home and purchase another great one in record time! She's a treasure, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable! She was our dream realtor! We've made life long friends with her and her husband from this!!

Kelly really came through for me. I was left my parents home that wasn't in the best of shape. We did the best we could to clean it out but was no means empty. Kelly worked her magic and it sold quickly. I will absolutely recommend or ask for her help with any reality work.
