When my husband and I decided to move from our ranch to be closer to our grandkids, we were worried about losing privacy and feeling confined. Bethanne took the time to understand our needs and turned those fears into an exciting adventure. She diligently scouted homes with video tours (both informative and delightful) that felt as if we were there in person. Bethanne and I have known each other for years, so when I was having trust issues regarding the whole home buying/fixing/selling process I knew who to turn to! She did not disappoint. She was patient with us through a long, complicated selling process. Bethanne Gardner is an absolute rockstar! When I decided to sell my home, I wanted to get it on the market as quickly as possible as the market was definitely cooling due to interest rate increases, etc.
Bethanne helped me determine which updates/improvements were worth completing in order to maximize the value of my home while still getting it market-ready ASAP. She always had great resource suggestions for the projects (painters, electricians, etc.), but I never felt pressured to use who she recommended - yet those I did use were wonderfully professional and fast.
I ended up getting an offer over the Thanksgiving holiday while I was traveling internationally with my family, and Bethanne handled everything so well that I was able to avoid stress and worry and really enjoy the vacation, knowing she was handling all the details, even with a VERY short escrow (16 days!).
Bethanne's significant experience as a realtor, her time navigating different markets, her creative and professional work ethic, and her sunny disposition make her a joy to work with and rely on. I was so thankful for her guidance navigating the turbulent current market when it came to evaluating comps and setting an asking price, scheduling open houses and contractors, and negotiating counter offers and contingencies!

I have worked with several realtors through the years, and Bethanne is in a class of her own. Above all, she is a professional who has your best interests at heart. She is well respected among other realtors and as a shrewd negotiator, she got my bid accepted over six others. She is also funny, warm, vivacious and kept me focused when times got tough. As a single wage earner on a tight budget, I also needed a home that could be partially converted for rental income. So, our work was cut out for us. Her creative problem-solving skills and years of remodeling experience gave me sound guidance. I could have gotten in way over my head, but Bethanne kept me grounded. I had a pleasure for working with Bethanne Gardner in the spring of 2021 to sell my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased! I received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market. Bethanne brought in a great contractor to remodel my house and a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage my home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. We received multiple offers, and we ended up working with serious first time buyers who wanted a 7-day closing. Bethanne was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer my questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional.

Bethanne came highly recommended to us by our close friends, and we are very happy we decided to go with her for purchasing a new home and selling our townhouse.

Bethanne was always available to meet with us to view properties and talk us through each step of the process. Thanks largely to her expertise and connections , we were able to purchase our dream house in the Parkmead neighborhood, even on our limited budget.

Bethanne also oversaw the renovation of our townhouse and her design decisions for the home really made it show very well. We were able to sell the townhome for more than we had budgeted, and Bethanne's expertise and DUDUM connections were very helpful for us in navigating the selling and closing process.

Bethanne is someone who actually does her homework when it comes to buying and selling homes. Although she did not live in the market that we were buying and selling in, she knew what to expect and based on our wants and needs, she knew exactly where to look! This was such a lifesafer for us and we were able to pick an area with GREAT schools!! We used her services a couple of times, one time to buy a home and one time to sell a home and Bethanne was simply awesome. making such a large investment can be overwhelming, but B.A. was there to guide us and help us make a right decisions that would be best for us. She was even able ton finagle a couple of freebies in our favor too. We loved her so much, we sent my parents tp her and they were very happy as well.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Bethanne Gardner. I was first-time homebuyer and from day one, Bethanne was extremely responsive and professional, and she always had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. I met with a couple of realtors before Bethanne, but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is honest, kind, hands-on , and a trustworthy agent. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" it ended up in a bidding war. Bethanne walked me through every step of the negotiations, and she quickly handled any issues that had arisen. When you are buying your first home, you have no idea what you don't know. We didn't know a real estate agent in the city and got paired with her when we called her agency. We hit the jackpot!! She walked us through the process of buying our first home, a fixer-upper, seamlessly. She knew the ins and outs of lending, inspections and real estate so we had our questions answered before we even knew we had questions. Now, after 4 different houses in 4 different cities and 4 different agents, I can say with clarity that we had no idea how lucky we were to have her working for us on this first and most complicated purchase. With Bethanne, we had excellent service, communication and most importantly-execution.
