I appreciated her approach for marketing and her honesty in setting the asking price. Kristy was understanding, compassionate, and patient working with my 82 year old mom and made sure my family members were comfortable with her approach to selling the Condo. Shelia really worked hard. My property was on the market for a little more than 6 months. I turned down several offers but Shelia never became discouraged. She worked just as hard throughout the time the property was on the market. She is a professional who promptly responds to questions and is a great communicator. Chet did a great job refereeing a purchase resulting in a win-win for all involved. He was very good at keeping all parties up to speed in real time including title company and multiple insurance agents and meeting with home inspector and appraiser.
