This was a very difficult transaction in every regard. There was an error in past title requiring the transaction to be moved from another title company to Fidelity. What a blessing in disguise this turned out to be since I got the chance to work with Laurie Thompson. She instilled confidence from the start and showed her vast knowledge and expertise to navigate and resolve several difficult issues. She is one of the best I have ever worked with and I will again. Anyone can handle a normal transaction, but it takes a seasoned pro to get the difficult ones done.
