Beth Allbrooks did an incredible job with my first time home buyer! There was some confusion from the lender and major adjustments needed to be made to make the closing happen. Beth was knowledgeable, resourceful and deliberate in getting done last minute changes, while having a very stacked day of other closings. This was my first closing with Beth and despite needing to get finished with this closing quickly she took time to explain documents to my first time Buyer and did not rush the process.
