My Escrow Officer, Tiffiny, helped me through an extremely challenging transaction. I am a newer Realtor, and just closed on my 1st Listing ($1.15M) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. There were countless challenges with the Buyer's Lenders. The 1st loan did not approve. The buyer secured a 2nd Lender. The 2nd Lender made it nearly impossible to stay in this transaction due to mis information and lack of communication. Tiffiny remained available throughout the process, keeping me in the loop on her communication with the Buyer's Agent, and forcing the Lender and his team to answer questions as we approached closing. The Seller was extremely stressed and without Tiffiny's transparency, and facilitation with the Lender, I fear my contract would have terminated. She was available, responsive, professional, sensitive to my needs as a new agent, and amazing! Cannot thank her and her team enough!
