We had a very friendly & family like experience with Kamini.
We were the 1st time home buyer with only 1 earning member. So, it seems difficult to get something we like in the state of CA. But Kamini made it possible for us.
Once, we have shown interest in 1of the house, she got everything done in the matter of 2 or 3 days, she is amazingly fast.
We had made a offer on the 1st house we like and she got it accepted.
She has an amazing team, like you just have to provide documents and money, & everything will be taken care of like loan, inspection, notary, documentation, communication, keys, moving date etc.
She got us accepted for the loan which in other scenario we might not have been. It’s a stretch on our monthly budget but at least we got the house we like in this competitive & fast housing market.
You can share any kinds of concern with her, it’s not like she will judge you on anything or she will not work with you if your budget is not very big.
She is still in touch with us, we check with her about the info we need as 1st time home owner.
She herself has kids & lives with family, so she understands very well the importance of location, environment, neighborhood. She helped us to find the house in a very good neighborhood with the money we can be qualified for.
I have deducted 1 star as personally I think that we could have checked out more houses and could have lowered the price to few more dollars.
Still, I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
She already helped one of my friend in finding the house she love in a very good gated neighborhood.
She got my husband’s manager the kind of deal, I think no one else can.
