Being a realtor from Las Vegas for the last 11 years, I was curious as to what it was going to be like as a Buyer in a new state. I can assure you, I chose excellent realtors to represent me, and they did a great job taking care of me.
My favorite part of real estate is the negotiating aspect, and Devin did a great job negotiating excellent terms. We were able to shave $10,000 off my sales price, the sellers paid my escrow fees, fixed my home repair requests, and I am the proud owner of a new riding lawn mower the sellers left behind.
After the transaction closed, I had some concerns that need attention, and they were on it.
I would highly recommend these knowledgeable and attentive realtors. They are professional, kind, and work hard to care for your needs.

They were Very Thorough throughout All proceedings of the sales of Property.
