This is my 2nd time working with Erica. We first met about 10 years ago when she helped me buy my 1st home. We are currently working on getting into my 2nd home. Erica is not only a great realtor, but an amazing human being. She goes above and beyond to help me feel absolutely comfortable with all decisions. She cares. She has had to figuratively hold my hand on a few occasions and never once treated me with anything but absolute kindness.

Erica made us a priority every step of the way and ensured we understood what was going on. She advocated for us and is quick to communicate, whatever the situation. I don't believe there is an obstacle that could stand in her way. This is a woman you want on your team! In addition to being just fantastic at her job, she is the kindest friend and it is a blessing just to know her:)

Erica has been the biggest blessing to our family! Seven years ago, Erica worked tirelessly to help us find our very first home. We had numerous showings and finally found the perfect one. After the wonderful experience with Erica the first time around, we chose to use her skills again to upgrade on another home. Erica used her staging skills, called in a team of professionals to update lighting and paint, had her professional photographer take pictures for the listing, and we were under contract to sell and purchase within a couple of weeks! Erica has a passion for helping people and it really shows. She loves people and does what is right. We are forever thankful to Erica for these two very successful transitions into our starter home and our forever home. I cannot recommend Erica enough!

I’ve been sitting here grasping for words to describe this incredible woman and nothing seems to come close to doing her justice. In the past 4 years Erica has helped me sell and buy 2 homes. Every interaction with Erica throughout the process is a reminder of how much she truly cares about her clients. She handled all the showings, offer reviews, etc. and had my home under contract in less 72 hrs -while I was out of the country. I can not recommend Erica enough of you are looking to buy or sell your home. You will not be disappointed.

We were apprehensive about selling since this was our first experience but...Erica Turner and her group made the whole situation so interesting and fun! She is knowledgeable and she always included us on every detail of the sale.

I lived in the same home for 17 years in part because I hate everything associated with moving. However, if you haven't moved in 17 years, there are a lot of things about the process that are new since the last time. I knew Erica would be my realtor when I was getting myself ready to take the plunge almost 2 years ago. I even contacted her last year to ask her how I go about starting the process. She was amazing and I couldn't have done it without her. She literally helped me every step of the way. And hearing what other agents did or didn't do for their clients as I was looking at houses and going to open houses, I definitely knew I picked the right person!

If you could give more than 5 stars, I would! Erica did great sending us houses, taking us to see houses, finally negotiating for our house we just closed on! She pulled out all the stops for us to be able to get our amazing home. She also has done other small touches and nice things that have really helped up out. Like keeping a spare key in case of Emergencies until we move! So thoughtful and helpful! Erica, you will always be my go to girl for getting a home! Love you!

We have had the pleasure of doing several deals with Erica. At this point in our relationship she knows what types of investments we are looking for and she is always on the ready. She has a keen ear for what you want and what you did not realize you needed. She loves what she does and it shows. She is a walking encyclopedia of the market and she knows the area very well. If I only had three words to describe my professional experience of Erica, I would say available, knowledgeable, and collaborative. Available: whenever we needed her, she was there and prepared. Texts, calls, emails, visiting a house to possibly purchase. I've never known anyone to be as quickly and consistently responsive in business as Erica. Knowledgeable: we were shopping for a dream house in Bellevue, TN to live near our parents. Erica knew the area so well, understood the market, and was an indispensable advisor and guide in making smart, timely choices from dreaming to shopping to closing with an extraordinary deal. Collaborative: at no point did I feel like Erica was trying to tell us what to do. She was open, honest, and humble. She postured herself to serve us, she was patient and kind, and she worked with us in some tough negotiations with the seller. I felt that Erica was my advocate and champion at all times. She works with a team of amazing people who are all professional, helpful, and highly skilled. We aren't planning on moving until we are old & grey, but I'll always advocate for anyone to hire Erica and pay her truckloads of money. Sold my house above asking price and got me a house below their asking price. Erica was also extraordinarily patient with our selling and buying process that ended up taking over a year as things stopped and started over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.
