Todd did an amazing job as our realtor, handling all the necessary requirements to sell a home in TN and dealing with the eventual buyers various requests and needs. However, he was much more than our realtor during the whole process, helping me multiple times to prep the property for various showings and inspections, as well as helping me many times after the deal was signed to prepare the property for our moving and cleanup needs.
