Kristianna represented us and guided us through the process of our recent house purchase, and both sellers and we buyers benefited from Kristianna’s guidance. Although Kristianna was in the exclusive role as our buyers’ agent, her savvy negotiating ability facilitated a very smooth transaction with the sellers’ agent. I believe the current expression is a “seamless” transaction,” but whichever the expression, both sellers and buyers benefited greatly from her involvement. We hold Kristianna in the highest regard.

Kristianna was a referral to us by a family member in mid-May of 2024. In our initial phone conversation, we were immediately impressed by Kristianna’s general knowledge of real estate and by her detailed knowledge of the local market. Added to that was Kristianna’s very winning personality. So, we knew for sure we were working with an experienced and talented professional. We genuinely enjoyed the partnership, which was confirmed the very first day when we viewed properties for sale. She led us on a tour from a list tailored exactly to our interests, and several properties on that day’s tour were quite appealing. As we toured each house, Kristianna pointed out appealing advantages of the property as well as things to observe and take into account, so to speak. At each site, we each asked several questions of her, which she answered in an expert manner. However, and this is most impressive for me, when we asked something she was not immediately able to answer, Kristianna said, “I’ll have to get back to you on that.” THAT was impressive! No one knows everything, and someone who pretends that line could be seen as deceptive. What really made a lasting impression on us was that Kristianna knows exactly which resource to go to for answers, which are definitive and accurate, and she got back to us within 24 business hours, if not sooner. I’ll use a quaint description. Kristianna does not blow smoke in your face. She tells it like it is so that you can make a really educated decision for yourself. We did just that on the first day of house tours. We decided to buy our dream house. We’re moving in next month.

Additionally, although it’s not an axiom, our personal experience through the purchase of four houses – including this one – and sale of two houses is that superior quality real estate professionals tend to travel in the same circles. Therefore, we did not find it surprising that Kristianna introduced us to a title agency and house inspector, both of the highest caliber just like herself. Our recommendations for them are posted separately. This is to say. Kristianna has an extensive network of resources on whom one can depend without reservation. The tag one-stop-shopping comes quickly to mind.
