My son is a disabled Veteran struggling with PTSD; he cannot handle stressful situations and usually walks away when things become overwhelming. Krystal was always prompt & punctual in answering our calls, showing the homes we chose and searching out upcoming homes that would be a perfect fit for my son. Krystal was very understanding and caring of my son’s disability, her patience and knowledge went above and beyond while working with the lenders and sellers. The VA loan process was a challenge; Krystal did an awesome job in helping us push through it when we felt like giving up.

Todd was amazing. This was our second time looking for a home and the first time using Todd. Our experience with him far exceeded expectations. My husband and I work full time and had very little time not to mention our lease was ending soon. Todd very quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. He (without us asking him to) would go take videos of houses/neighborhoods and send them to us since we could not always go. He has so many contacts for electricians, fences and decks, etc... and would meet these people to get quotes on our behalf. He was never pushy and was incredibly flexible - even meeting us at 9pm to see houses if that is all that worked for us. When we finally found our dream home, he was incredibly helpful with all of the contracts and details. Additionally, we used the VA loan which he was incredibly helpful with. I would recommend Todd to anyone. He was fantastic, made the process so easy and stress free, was incredibly knowledgable and wise, and working with him felt like working with a l long time friend.
